MediCab Transport Services
MediCab Provides Door-Through-Door Service:
- Wheelchair Transport
- Ambulatory Services with Assistive Devices: Such as a walker, cane, and oxygen
- Ambulatory Services without Assistive Devices
All wheelchairs are loaded through ADA-compliant lifts and secured in the vehicle. The driver will escort the client to their appointment and ensure they are registered before departing. MediCab aims for a 15-20 minute response time when the client is ready to return home. Prompt service is our second priority, right after safety.
Operating Hours:
- Monday through Saturday: 4 am – 7 pm
- Office Hours: Monday through Friday: 7 am – 5 pm
- Messages can be left 24/7 and will be returned the next working day.

- Doctor Appointments
- Dental Appointments
- Labs/Imaging
- Outpatient Procedures
- School/Therapy for Special Needs Children (Arranged through the school districts)
- Social Trips: Family events, lunch, special occasion outings (Not covered by insurance)

MediCab was founded in 1994 for the purpose of transporting dialysis patients to their life-sustaining treatment. We have been under the same Management since 1996 and the same ownership since May, 2000. A family business from its conception, MediCab’s owners Michael and Kimberly Ratliff are very hands on and involved with all daily operations. For 25 years, MediCab has remained committed to prompt, courteous, and professional service to our clients.
