MediCab Medical Transportation | Roseville | Rocklin | Lincoln | Placer County

For over 25 years, MediCab has been in the Roseville/Rocklin area servicing the dialysis centers, nursing homes and several local school districts.  In that time, we have never faltered on our priorities of ensuring safety and timeliness for all clients. We strive to keep rates low and wait times minimal and ensure our clients comfort is a concern for our staff.  We remained a small family owned and operated business.

MediCab has seen some quick growth over the last two months.  More and more we are finding there are many displaced families.  School districts are working hard to ensure the kids in those families face as little change as possible during whatever hardship has come their direction.  Because of that, our schedule has been overloaded with students thus far this year! We are always grateful to be the go-to company for our local school districts and we work hard to not only maintain that relationship but to ensure the families of these kids trust us with their most precious cargo.  We understand that this limits our flexibility with medical appointments and we are actively working on solving that. We have added two new staff members this month to help relieve the congestion and provide more access for scheduling. We appreciate everyone’s patience during this transition.

Another change we made over the last month is disenrolling from the Managed Care Network.  Although the decision was not taken lightly, it was necessary to keep our current client’s schedules flowing uninterrupted.  The Managed Care has a vast list of providers and will transition those clients to a different company. Although MediCab would love to be able to fill the need of all potential clients in the area, we realize that the personal service we currently provide is more important than rapid growth.  We will work hard to maintain that personal service for years to come.
